Everything is shipped from London. Check your confirmation email for your shipment information.
ARE YOU GETTING THIS BACK IN STOCK?
Enter your email address in the out of the stock box on the product page you're looking at. We’ll send you an email when we get it back in stock.
CAN I HAVE THIS IN A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOUR?
Fill out our contact form with the product info & the details that you are looking for. We’ll get back to you and let you know if we can add your variation to our restock.
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT?
We're sorry. We do not accept returns.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
We're not able to cancel orders after they are placed. We can only make changes to your order before it has shipped.
I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?
If you've received your order and something's wrong with it, please contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please send us photos so we can help. Email us at rizcultshop@yahoo.com and someone from our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for any carrier delayed or stolen packages.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We ship from London. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. We offer a variety of shipping speeds, check them out on our local Shipping Information Page.
